"I took my Citroen spacetourer in for an ad blue reagent problem, I was kept informed by Andy throughout, very polite and sympathetic as it was an expensive repair bill, the work is guaranteed for 12 months which gave me some reassurance, Andy also asked me to return after driving our car for 300miles so they can carry out a diagnostic check free of charge, nice to deal with a trustworthy and genuine business.
This is the second time I’ve used Carmaster and I will be using them in the future. Efficient, polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Just the same as last time! Not much more I can say really. Thank you.

2 years ago the chaps at Carmaster gave our 20 year old mobile home a large service and went through numerous items that needed replacing always informing us of the cost as the service was ongoing.
It was like picking up a new van (mechanically). The engine pulls strongly, the brakes are working perfectly, the strange rattles and general sluggishness we experienced before, all gone. It cost a lot of money BUT Carmaster are not expensive, there was just a lot that needed doing.
They replaced the starter motor today and checked our battery which was found to be working at 27% efficiency so they replaced it under warranty, no charge (no pun intended!).
All done and dusted on time and on budget. Friendly, honest always informative and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Andy, Dave and Kim and your top team of mechanics, you give excellent, professional service and we shall be back soon.

Great service, lovely people
My number plate light stopped working so called in at Carmaster on my way to work. The technician checked the bulbs, which were okay and diagnosed the fault was in the wiring. He replaced part of the loom in the boot while I waited.
