Where do I even start.
After paying for diagnostics and service work, the most basic check imaginable — the battery — wasn’t properly checked, which ultimately resulted in me breaking down. Apparently that’s optional now.
When challenged, I was given vague responses, zero accountability, and then told they suddenly “don’t feel confident” continuing diagnostics or repairs. An interesting position to take after something has clearly gone wrong. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to retreat behind “policy”.
Even more impressive is the refusal to carry out proper checks now — which strongly suggests they already know something hasn’t been done correctly and don’t want it documented.
If you’re looking for a garage that misses basics, avoids responsibility, and then politely tells you it’s no longer their problem, this is the place for you.
I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending them.
